About

Shortly after the birth of her first son, owner Jamie Muaina, became increasingly frustrated with the lack of accessory options for her little boy. While contemplating what to do about this problem, she was reminded of dressing her son each Sunday in a cute little outfit, only to pick him up after class to find he was not wearing his clip on tie any more. She knew there had to be a better way to keep a tie on! She knew the market needed neckwear that was secure yet safe, high quality yet affordable, and stylish yet comfortable.

It was late at night, in the pitch black, when Jamie had her aha moment—why not use the button already on a shirt to attach a tie. She quickly got to work, dusted off her hardly-ever-used sewing machine, and started creating prototypes for her simple, yet innovative new idea. Although there have been a few design tweaks, many manufacturing hurdles, and a lot of you-don’t-know-what-you’re-doing’s from industry “experts”, Little Mister has overcome these obstacles and sold thousands of button on bow ties—and this is just the beginning!
